The naturally occuring and non toxic form of lithium is Lithium Orotate, and is very effective along with proper nutrition.
The synthetic drug form of lithium is Lithium Carbonate. This form Was created because a mineral (lithium orotate) cannot be legally patented, a toxic nock off can be patented.
